If you are considering selling your home, the most important thing to remember is to price it correctly. We specialize in knowing the real estate market in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania and the surrounding counties, and will provide you with a free price estimate and strategies for marketing your home. We normally develop a price estimate during two visits; on the first visit we walk though your home, take measurements, and look at general conditions. We then do our "homework" by comparing similar properties that have sold and are currently for sale, considering location, reviewing tax records, and looking at market trends. On the second visit we explain our findings, discuss any fix-up items that could increase your sales price, and provide tips on how to best stage your home for sale.
